SaaS Project ( SaaS for multi-agent live chat integration with WhatsApp)

The main goal is to provide companies with a tool to use WhatsApp as a collaborative platform for customer communication, without requiring the WhatsApp Pro API. Administrators should be able to manage agents, phone numbers, and assign conversations either manually or via a round-robin method. They can set permissions on conversation visibility, create quick replies, and manage chat settings. There should be a subscription model to allow the SaaS owner to manage customers, pricing, and enforce account suspension if needed. Sign up and login should support both email and Google accounts for admins and agents. Agents need to be able to tag conversations and create new tags. The system should include API endpoints to send messages from other sources, and outgoing messages should also be available as webhooks. All contacts must be matched to a single phone number. Frontend designs will be provided, and the interface is to be developed for web, with PWA support as a bonus. The preferred backend language is Django, but other modern stacks may be considered. The initial deliverable should be a well-documented, extensible MVP that can be enhanced with more features over time.
