Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to join our IT Solutions Integrator/Consulting Firm, Alignity AI Labs, located in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be part of a founding engineering team that builds AI-powered products for Recruiting, Wellness, and Business Networking. The mission is to develop the AI Business Operating System (AI-BOS), a reusable platform powering multiple products through shared workflows and AI integrations.

The position is contract-to-hire, with an initial duration of 60–90 days. You will work onsite and be responsible for building, stabilizing, and scaling AI-BOS while accelerating multiple AI SaaS products.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Full Stack Engineering experience.
• Experience leading 2–5 member engineering teams.
• Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong DevOps skills (Docker + DigitalOcean/AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with Agentic AI and LLM integration.
• Hands-on experience with Cursor, Claude, Codex, and OpenClaw.
• Startup mindset with strong ownership and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Lovable, n8n, LangGraph, MCP, Vector DBs, Chrome Extensions, Playwright/Puppeteer, Apify, ElevenLabs, and HeyGen is a plus.

Success in First 90 Days

• Build reusable AI-BOS platform components.
• Improve engineering velocity using AI to go to market.
• Act quickly to refine the product based on early user feedback.

Compensation

• The role is contract-to-hire for 60–90 days with competitive compensation based on experience and milestone delivery.
