Job Description

We are a wedding production company looking for a skilled Drone Operator + Videographer to join our team for wedding shoots in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate should have strong experience capturing cinematic wedding footage, be comfortable working in fast-paced event environments, and understand how to cover important moments with both creativity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality wedding footage, including ceremony, couple sessions, reception, details, and candid moments.
• Operate a drone safely and professionally for cinematic aerial shots.
• Work with the lead shooter and production team to follow the wedding timeline and shot list.
• Capture stable, well-composed footage using cameras, gimbals, and drone equipment.
• Understand lighting, framing, movement, and storytelling for wedding films.
• Make sure all important moments are covered properly, including entrances, vows, ring exchange, first kiss, first dance, speeches, and reception events.
• Handle footage carefully and organize media properly after the shoot.

Requirements

• Experience in wedding videography is preferred.
• Must have experience operating drones for professional shoots.
• Strong understanding of camera settings, exposure, focus, composition, and movement.
• Must be reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work well with couples, guests, and the team.
• Ability to work long wedding days, including weekends.
• Must have your own camera and drone equipment.
• FAA Part 107 license is preferred, if required in your area.
