Flowmingo is a Y Combinator-backed startup focused on transforming the hiring process using an AI-powered, high-volume interviewing platform. As the sole marketing hire, you will work directly with the founder and be responsible for both strategy and execution in content, lifecycle marketing, analytics, automation, and conversion optimization. You will take ownership of channel investment, performance monitoring, funnel improvements, and structured growth experimentation. The role requires building dashboards, tracking key marketing metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and executing end-to-end marketing—from LinkedIn and video content to campaign management and process automation. You should be comfortable leveraging AI and automation tools to operate at scale, designing and automating workflows, and crafting clear, on-camera content for digital channels. Success in this role means delivering measurable growth, automating significant parts of the marketing operation, and owning the full marketing function with a high level of autonomy in a fully remote environment.
