This is a remote position at Outsource Access, where we assist premier real estate coaching and training platforms in enhancing their reach and impact. Our work involves not just editing and posting content, but also ensuring that experts’ voices are effectively translated into high-converting digital formats that promote audience growth and generate qualified leads.

Requirements

• A Creative Self-Starter: 1-2+ years of experience in digital marketing or content repurposing, preferably supporting creators or online coaches. Ability to transform a single video into a week’s worth of content independently.
• An Instinctive Visual Storyteller: Strong attention to detail and clean design sense for creating on-brand visual assets, understanding what makes a winning short-form video clip.
• A Strategic Partner: Ability to thrive on high-touch alignment, providing consistent updates independently while being ready to collaborate.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with digital marketing tools like Opus Clips, Canva, and ClickFunnels, as well as deep knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Your Home Office: Reliable and distraction-free remote work setup (BYOD), with flexibility to support North American Eastern to Pacific time zones.

Responsibilities

• Stopping the Scroll: Convert long-form webinars, coaching sessions, and videos into engaging short-form clips (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) to attract attention and showcase expert authority.
• Owning the Calendar: Manage and schedule content across major social media platforms, writing platform-specific captions, and maintaining an engaging online presence.
• Optimizing the Funnel: Update and maintain ClickFunnels pages to facilitate seamless operation of landing pages, lead magnets, and campaign forms.
• Nurturing the Community: Monitor audience engagement by overseeing comments and DMs, segmenting email campaigns, and guiding prospects into appropriate product channels.
