Job Description

Join our growing marketing team as a Part-Time Content Creator at Bohemia Manor Farm and Winery, where you’ll help capture and share the stories behind our hotels, restaurants, golf courses, wineries, and special events. Working approximately 5-15 hours per week, you’ll collaborate with the Property Marketing Lead and on-site teams to create engaging content that inspires guests to visit, stay, dine, and celebrate with us. This role offers opportunities for both expanded responsibility and career development as our portfolio grows.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

• Be naturally creative, curious, and proactive, bringing fresh ideas, trends, and storytelling concepts to the table.
• Have an understanding of luxury hospitality, tourism, food & beverage, golf, wine, and lifestyle branding, with the ability to create elevated, authentic, and experience-driven content.
• Possess exceptional skills in visual storytelling, with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and movement.
• Be highly skilled in photo and video editing using Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or comparable editing software.
• Enjoy being on-site and immersed in the guest experience, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between assigned properties throughout the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content that showcases the guest experience across assigned properties.
• Attend and document on-site events, activations, and experiences in real-time.
• Edit and deliver high-quality content optimized for various digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas that align with campaigns and promotions.
• Translate marketing campaigns into visual stories that drive engagement and bookings.
• Identify emerging social media trends and adapt them for luxury hospitality brands.
• Maintain consistency in editing style and content guidelines across various platforms.
• Proactively identify new storytelling opportunities to strengthen brand presence.
