Job Description

Join our growing marketing team as a Part-Time Content Creator at Renault Winery & Resort, where you’ll help capture and tell the stories behind our hotels, restaurants, golf courses, wineries, and special events. This role requires working approximately 5-15 hours per week, collaborating with the Property Marketing Lead and on-site teams to create engaging content that inspires guests to visit, stay, dine, and celebrate.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Natural creativity, curiosity, and proactivity, with the ability to bring fresh ideas and storytelling concepts to the table.
• An understanding of luxury hospitality, tourism, food & beverage, golf, wine, and lifestyle branding.
• Exceptional eye for composition, lighting, movement, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing using Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or comparable software.
• Able to work on-site and immerse in the guest experience, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between assigned properties within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content showcasing the guest experience.
• Attend on-site events to document real-time activity and build a content bank.
• Edit and deliver short-form content optimized for various social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas and storytelling.
• Translate marketing campaigns into compelling visual stories for engagement and bookings.
• Identify emerging social media trends and adjust content accordingly.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Coordinate content shoots while minimizing disruption to guest experiences.
• Maintain a structured digital asset library and deliver high-quality content on time.
• Proactively identify new storytelling opportunities across the portfolio.
