Job Description

Shoot & Scale is looking for a reliable, creative, high-energy Content Creator / Videographer to shoot short-form content for our clients across South Florida, on a part-time and highly flexible basis. This is a shoot-only role — no editing, no scripting, no post-production. You drive to a location, meet the client, and record a batch of short videos on your phone (about 8–15 clips per shoot, 3–4 hours on average). We provide the mic, lighting, and tripod, and we train you on the technique. Your job is to show up on time, capture clean footage, make the client feel comfortable, and upload the clips the same day. There’s a real path to full-time.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time to client shoots across South Florida (Miami, Brickell, Aventura, Miramar, Southwest Ranches, and surrounding areas)
• Record a batch of clean, stable short-form videos on a modern phone (roughly 8–20 per shoot)
• Set up and use the provided microphone, lighting, and tripod (full training provided)
• Make clients feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease on camera
• Adapt on the fly when a client changes something last-minute without getting flustered
• Upload all footage to Google Drive the same day, named simply (“script 1,” “script 2,” etc.)

Requirements

• Based in or around South Florida
• A reliable car to get yourself to shoots
• A modern smartphone with a high-quality camera — iPhone or Samsung both work. Should be a Pro / higher-camera model and no more than 4 years old (e.g., iPhone 14 Pro or newer, or Samsung Galaxy S22 / S-series or newer)
• Available during weekday daytime hours (shoots are mostly Monday–Friday, occasional Saturday)
• Dependable and punctual — showing up on time is the single most important part of this role
• Energetic, creative, and great with people
• Some experience creating content is a plus, but personality and reliability matter most
• No editing or post-production experience required — this is a shoot-only role

Compensation

Pay: $35.00 per hour
