Flowmingo is an AI interviewer platform that helps recruiters efficiently screen and interview candidates at scale. We serve companies globally in English and our product is already live and growing. We are looking to hire a hands-on growth marketer who can independently build the first version of our growth engine and deliver measurable business results. The focus of this role will be on organic marketing, driving qualified company signups, increasing signup-to-activation conversion, and improving consistent product usage. You will be responsible for activities such as building Flowmingo’s LinkedIn presence, creating and managing short-form video content, developing high-intent SEO and AI search content, reviewing and optimizing the full user journey, and using AI and automation tools to run efficient campaigns and growth experiments. You should have experience growing a B2B SaaS product or brand, a strong organic content background, and a proven track record of ownership over key business metrics. The initial engagement is for one month, with the opportunity to extend long term if successful. This is a fully remote contract and you will be expected to execute the work, not just provide strategy.
