Job Description

We are hiring an HTML Email Developer for one of our esteemed MNC clients on a 12-month Contract-to-Hire (C2H) engagement. The role involves coding responsive HTML emails, testing campaigns across multiple email clients, and ensuring flawless campaign execution.

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (12 Months, with possibility of extension/absorption based on performance)

Experience: 5 - 8 years

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify responsive HTML email templates.
• Build email campaigns within Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or similar platforms.
• Perform QA of emails, landing pages, and dynamic content.
• Troubleshoot rendering issues across Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, and mobile devices.
• Conduct email testing and A/B testing.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and developers.
• Maintain coding standards and documentation.
• Follow SOPs and update ticketing tools accurately.
