Job Description

As a Senior Game Designer, you will play a key role in building new presentation features and complex systems while collaborating closely with design, engineering, and content teams. You will be involved in the entire process, from early concepts to live tuning.
Responsibilities
- Work with designers, engineers, and other creatives to develop the vision and innovate on compelling gameplay systems.
- Implement and drive gameplay systems and/or modes from concept to ship quality.
- Align and collaborate with multiple disciplines and communicate the vision of gameplay features.
- Ensure a high-quality release through bug fixing, balancing, and enhancing the gameplay experience.
- Pitch ideas, provide feedback, and rapidly iterate with the team.
- Build new innovative American Football experiences (mechanics, modes, progression, meta systems, tuning frameworks, etc.) that integrate cleanly into the game.
- Quickly prototype new features.
Requirements
- Proven ability to use AI to problem-solve and quickly prototype/tune systems.
- Experience as a AAA Game Designer on shipped titles.
- Passion for crafting gameplay systems, mechanics, and game modes.
- Knowledge and passion for American Football and related products.
- Expertise in game design processes, particularly in game mechanics and design theory.
- Experience with content-driven game engines (Unreal, Frostbite, Unity, GtkRadiant).
- Experience in a multiplayer live service environment.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (such as Lua, Python, Javascript, and/or other scripting languages).
