Job Description
Ensure the safety and security of our nation as a Software Developer at GDIT. You’ll apply the latest technology and provide operational support to deliver actionable intelligence for the Intelligence Community. As a Software Developer, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter by supporting the development of systems and capabilities centered on our comprehensive motion imagery software suite. Your focus will be on meeting the mission while upgrading to cutting-edge technologies in full motion video (FMV).
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering, a related specialized area or field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent 9 years job-related experience
- Proven problem-solving skills in complex environments
- Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Location: At Customer Site - near Tysons Corner
- Skilled at applying and executing highly advanced technologies, principles, theories and concepts
- Proficient understanding and application of engineering principles, concepts, practices, and standards
- Experience developing within an Agile framework; Sprints, Demonstrations, Scrum
Technical Skills
- Java (AOP, IOC)
- JavaScript, React/Redux, AngularJS
- SQL, NoSQL, Graph
- C++
- Experienced in Microservice API development and integration (gRPC/REST)
- Deploy micro and macro services in NodeJS or JBoss
- Manage communication endpoints in gRPC or REST
- Creating and maintaining orchestration templates for classified spaces
- GraphDB, SQL and NoSQL data modeling/visualization/querying
- MS SQL Server, OmniSci, Accumulo/Hadoop preferred
- Reactive application development in a web browser
- Managing scalability of deployed software products using Docker/Kubernetes

Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship Required.
Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $157,250 - $212,750, based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements.
