Job Description

The role is for a Contract Photographer & Videographer specializing in architectural and lifestyle content for ongoing projects in Cleveland, OH. This position requires a Cleveland-based professional to support two local client accounts. The focus is on capturing high-quality images and videos that effectively convey the story of architectural and interior spaces. The role does not involve social media influencer tasks but rather emphasizes technical skill and creative collaboration.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing architectural and/or interior photography (real estate, hospitality, commercial, or residential spaces).
• Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent).
• Fast and efficient editing turnaround for platform-ready content for social media, websites, YouTube, and ad campaigns.
• Based in or near Cleveland, OH, with reliable transportation to client sites.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with a remote creative team.
• An eye for detail, lighting, and composition in architectural and interior environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience photographing architecture, interior design, or real estate.
• Experience with drone photography/videography.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
• Experience working as a freelance or contract creative.

Contract Details

• Type: Independent contractor (1099), ongoing project basis.
• Location: Must be local to the greater Cleveland area for on-site shoots.
• Schedule: Flexible, coordinated around client shoot windows.
• Rate: $50 to $85 per hour, depending on experience and portfolio quality.
