Film Production ManagerSearching

Production Coordinator is needed in Ireland.

I run a solo video production business specialising in high-quality on-site safety induction videos for high-risk industries. I need a freelance producer or production coordinator in Munster for recurring project work a few times per quarter. The role involves taking my prepared shoot pack and creating the shoot schedule and call sheet, confirming that the client has the required gear, site access and people ready, briefing the videographer, and managing shoot-day logistics to resolve issues before they affect production. Creative development and post-production are already handled, and the role follows a consistent template that should be quick to learn. Hybrid work is available, and applicants who are willing to travel are welcome.

About the client
I run a safety video production business from Cork, specialising in high-end on-site safety induction videos for high-risk industries — construction, manufacturing, pharma, energy. My differentiator is the production quality and format: cinematic video shot on the client’s actual site, an interactive 360° digital twin of the real layout and hazards, all backed by proper instructional design so people actually retain the safety content rather than zoning out of a generic slideshow.
