UGC Marketing

We’re looking for creative, dynamic university and high school students who love making short-form video content and want to be part of a fast-growing international EdTech startup. Your job: create and post fun UGC videos on dedicated Studyflash accounts every day. Fully remote, all you need is your phone.

The role is around 10-15 hours per week, 2-3 hours a day, with a flexible schedule. You decide when you film, but you post every day (weekends included).

Tasks

• Create short, trend-driven UGC videos on your phone for dedicated Studyflash TikTok and Instagram accounts. 🎬
• Post content daily based on the given formats and briefs. 📲
• Follow and adapt current trends and formats. 🔥
• Track basic performance and refine your ideas. 📈

The ideal candidate

• University or college student, over 18. ✅
• Comfortable on TikTok and Instagram Reels. 📱
• Creative, independent and reliable, posting consistently every day. 🚀
• Confident speaking on camera with good communication skills. 💬
• Owns a smartphone with a good camera. 🎥

What we offer

• fixed per video rate between 10 and 25€ per video + performance bonuses ranging up to 1.000€ per video. 💰
