Job Description

Vows Tales is a wedding photography and videography company dedicated to capturing love stories with a timeless, cinematic, and authentic approach. We serve couples across Pennsylvania and are expanding our network of talented photographers and videographers who share our commitment to exceptional client experiences and high-quality work.

Requirements

Photographer Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of wedding photography experience.
• Strong portfolio of full wedding galleries.
• Professional DSLR or mirrorless camera equipment.
• Strong understanding of lighting, posing, composition, and storytelling.
• Ability to direct couples and groups confidently.
• Experience shooting in various lighting conditions, including churches and receptions.

Videographer Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of wedding videography experience.
• Strong portfolio of full wedding films.
• Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless camera systems and stabilizers (gimbals, etc.).
• Experience using gimbals, tripods, and professional audio equipment.
• Ability to capture cinematic footage while working efficiently throughout the wedding day.
• Experience recording clean audio for ceremonies, speeches, and vows.

General Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
• Professional communication and client interaction skills.
• Weekend availability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Backup equipment preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced wedding environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture weddings with creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Document key moments including getting ready, first looks, ceremonies, portraits, receptions, and special events.
• Follow wedding timelines, shot lists, and client preferences.
• Work closely with couples and the Vows Tales coordination team.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout wedding days.
• Deliver complete RAW files after the event according to company guidelines.
