The role of Content Creator, Live Host & Social Personality at Modern+Chic Boutique involves bringing the brand to life through engaging content and live selling. The candidate will help build community, entertain, educate, and create content that resonates with women. This position is focused on connecting with the audience rather than just managing social media.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Host engaging TikTok Shop and social media Live shopping events
• Become a recognizable face of the Modern+Chic community
• Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
• Brainstorm and film creative, entertaining, and trend-driven content
• Showcase handbags, accessories, styling ideas, and new product launches
• Help customers discover products through storytelling rather than simply selling
• Participate in content planning, campaign brainstorming, and product launches
• Stay on top of social media trends, sounds, memes, and viral formats
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams
• Engage with the community both on and off camera

Skills

• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Comfortable using CapCut, Canva, or similar editing tools
• Basic photography and video skills
• Excellent time management and organization
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and experiment

Schedule

This position starts part-time with an estimated 20-30 hours weekly. Availability should include Monday-Friday during normal business hours. A flexible but consistent schedule can be created.
