Videographer is needed in Tokyo, Japan.
We are organizing CDO Vision Tokyo 2026 and need a professional photography and videography team to cover the event on August 7, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Tokyo Marriott Hotel in Tokyo. The team should include two videographers and one photographer, with coverage of stage sessions, keynote presentations, panels, networking, audience interactions, sponsor areas, speaker portraits, and venue details. One camera should record a locked-off wide shot of the stage, while another captures B-roll and event activity. Audio should be recorded from the venue mixer where available, with backup recording equipment.
