Job Description

This is a remote position for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Rust within the Streaming/Music/Content sector. The role is part of a small and successful R&D team that builds tools and engines used by major players in media streaming. It offers a critical and visible position with a genuine impact on products enjoyed by millions.

The role encompasses leadership, innovation, and strategic thinking alongside daily technical decision-making. Candidates will need exceptional Rust skills and experience in integrating AI into programming and documentation processes. Location for this role is strictly remote work from the USA.

Requirements

• Superior Rust skills
• Significant experience as a Lead/Senior Developer
• Experience leading teams and projects as a hands-on developer

Additionally, candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Radio streaming
• Music or content scheduling software
• Real-time audio or media delivery

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000.
