Requirements

• Agile Production Lead: Command the pulse of our creative sprints, ensuring cross-functional teams are synced and delivering impactful work iteratively.
• Campaign Execution Lead: Drive our creative output for multi-channel campaigns and content initiatives, ensuring collaboration and timely delivery.
• Strategic Collaborator: Foster genuine relationships, recognizing and adapting to different perspectives, and driving production forward efficiently.
• Information Architect: Bridge essential gaps across teams, distilling complex visions into clear, actionable steps to maintain alignment.
• Client & Creative Champion: Deepen client relationships and translate needs into actionable production strategies.
• A Proven Campaign Leader: Steer multiple full-scope advertising or content campaigns from initial spark to final delivery.
• Workflow Optimizer: Thrive in fast-paced, iterative workflows with rapid prototyping and continuous course-correction.

Additional Information

The base salary range for this position at the time of posting is $100,000.00 - $115,000.00. Individual compensation varies based on location, business needs, responsibility level, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package.
