Job Description

Spring’s team is seeking a creative partner - a highly intuitive video and photo content creator who can document the life, work, events, offers, community, and ecosystem of Spring through powerful storytelling content. This is a retainer-based role for someone who embodies trust, taste, discretion, and creative ownership. We are looking for a “Drock-style” creator who can capture real moments, understand the story behind the scenes, and turn raw footage into engaging content that builds connection and trust. Proven experience is needed, along with the eye, instinct, drive, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and creative hunger to grow into the role quickly.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Capture:

• Founder lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content
• Event and retreat coverage
• Storytelling reels and short-form videos
• Paid ad creatives
• Testimonials and client transformation moments
• Launch and promotional content
• Community and brand-building content
• Photo and UGC-style assets for social, web, ads, and campaigns
• Capture leadership, teachings, events, conversations, and ecosystem moments
• Film and photograph live events, retreats, activations, workshops, and launches
• Edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, ads, and other platforms
• Create reels, recap videos, promo clips, testimonials, and event assets
• Spot strong content opportunities in real-time
• Build and organize a clean archive of footage, photos, selects, and final assets
• Align content with launches, campaigns, and messaging alongside the marketing team
• Move quickly during high-output periods without sacrificing quality
• Know when to capture, when to step back, and when a moment requires privacy

Travel & Availability:
This role is not a traditional 9-to-5 production job. Expect intense creative periods, launches, events, and travel windows, followed by slower stretches focused on editing and planning. A valid passport is required.

Position Structure:

• Retainer-based
• Mix of in-person filming, event coverage, travel, and editing
• Monthly scope and deliverables defined collaboratively
• Ongoing partnership with Spring’s strategy and marketing team

Qualifications

Presence & Professionalism:
Beyond technical skill, the candidate must demonstrate professionalism, emotional intelligence, confidence, warmth, and discretion. They should build trust easily, read a room well, and understand that every interaction shapes the experience people have with Spring and her ecosystem.

Technical Skills:

• Video filming and photography experience
• Strong short-form editing
• Solid grasp of lighting, framing, audio, pacing, captions, and platform formats
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, or similar applications
• Comfortable managing footage, exports, folders, and archives
