Ashiratantra - Founding YouTube Filmmaker & Content Creator (Revenue Share on already monetized channel)

Content Creator is needed in Philadelphia, United States.

Client: Ashiratantra

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Contract: Part-time, Contract, Freelance

Job Description

Ashira Tantra is a growing wellness and education brand focused on yoga, meditation, breathwork, nervous system regulation, feminine embodiment, and conscious relationships. We are seeking a creative partner to help build a high-quality YouTube channel that makes these practices accessible through beautiful, engaging video content. We currently have a monetized YouTube channel (6,000+ subscribers) and a community of 170,000+ followers on TikTok, but we have not yet been consistent with long-form YouTube content. This role is for someone excited about building the channel together as a long-term creative partner on a revenue-sharing basis.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Film and edit long-form YouTube videos
• Repurpose content into Shorts, Reels, and TikToks
• Upload and optimize YouTube videos (titles, descriptions, thumbnails)
• Contribute creative ideas for growing the channel

You’re a Great Fit If You…

• Love filmmaking and visual storytelling
• Enjoy yoga, meditation, wellness, or documentary-style content
• Have experience editing for YouTube and short-form platforms
• Want to help build a channel from the ground up
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and are excited by long-term growth

Experience with YouTube strategy or social media management is a big plus, though we are open to hiring those roles separately.

Other Information

Compensation:
This role represents a founding creative partnership, rather than a traditional paid freelance or salaried position. We will enter into a simple written agreement where you will receive a percentage of the YouTube revenue generated by the videos we create together for five years. Our aim is to build a library of evergreen content that generates income over time. Additionally, I occasionally partner with wellness and lifestyle brands on sponsored content, which would be compensated separately when fitting.
