Job Description

I’m the owner of a brand-new event entertainment business in Northeast Ohio, and I’m looking for one talented freelancer to help me figure out Meta advertising. I need someone with a detailed understanding of the technical side of Meta Ads, AND how to create ads that actually stop people from scrolling, communicate value quickly, and turn clicks into bookings.

Requirements

What I’d love your help with:

• Creating high-converting ad creatives (video, image, copy, hooks, etc.)
• Building and testing Meta campaigns
• Audience targeting and optimization
• Pixel/event tracking (or helping me verify it’s set up correctly)
• Explaining why you’re making certain decisions so I can learn along the way
• Reviewing results and making recommendations as campaigns run

What I’m looking for:

• A portfolio
• Case studies
• Examples of Meta ads you’ve created
• Results you’ve achieved for local businesses or service-based businesses

About the business:

I own a foam party company that provides unforgettable experiences for birthday parties, schools, churches, community events, festivals, and more. We also have a unique partnership with a local farm to offer combined foam party + mobile petting zoo experiences.

Compensation:

This is a freelance/contract position. Pay ranges from $15.00 - $35.00 per hour.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Akron, OH 44305
