Job Description

This role involves executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, and content marketing. Responsibilities include managing audience segmentation and targeting, maintaining campaign calendars, designing tests to optimize campaign performance, monitoring key performance metrics, supporting SEO and SEM initiatives, and creating digital content.

Requirements

• Experience executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and HTML email editing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid search, social media marketing, and content marketing strategies.
• Experience with audience segmentation, customer journey orchestration, and lifecycle marketing.
• Proficiency with web and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, marketing automation reporting).
• Experience designing and evaluating A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Strong analytical, reporting, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agoura Hills, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.46/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits may include:
