Job Description

This is a remote position at Leegality, India’s first Document Infrastructure Platform, which offers a digital solution for completing paperwork (agreements, forms, and other legal documents). Over the past 7 years, Leegality has transformed the paperwork processes for over 2000 businesses, including large enterprises and high-growth companies.

Responsibilities

Core Analytics:

• Respond to data requests from teams using AI-assisted workflows.
• Analyze complex datasets for actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards (Tableau / Metabase / Power BI) to communicate KPIs and trends.
• Utilize SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Apply advanced Excel / Google Sheets functionalities for data manipulation.

Data Infrastructure & Quality (Familiarity Level):

• Monitor ETL pipelines for data synchronization.
• Identify job failures and ensure data freshness for reporting.
• Write optimized queries on Amazon Redshift.
• Maintain data quality through reconciliation checks.

AI-Augmented Working:

• Leverage AI tools to enhance SQL writing and data operations.
• Automate reporting tasks using scripts (Python / Apps Script).
• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy.
• Adhere to data privacy standards when using AI tools.
• Stay informed on emerging AI/analytics tools to improve productivity.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work with product, sales, tech, and customer success teams to identify data needs.
• Provide analytical support for data-driven decisions.
• Present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage in high-level interactions with CEO and contribute to decision-making.
• Bring a dynamic mindset with previous startup experience.

Requirements

Must Have:

• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with data warehouses (Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery).
• Familiarity with BI/Dashboarding tools.
• Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience using AI tools for analytics workflows.
• Basic understanding of ETL concepts.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with ETL tools (AWS Glue, PySpark).
• Experience in Python (pandas) for data analysis.
• Exposure to the broader AWS ecosystem.
• Automated scripting experience (Google Apps Script).
• Familiarity with dual-source or streaming data pipelines.
• Knowledge of AI-powered BI features.
• Understanding of APIs for connecting AI tools to workflows.
