Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will lead the end-to-end user-centered design process for enterprise software applications. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating user personas, designing wireframes and high-fidelity UI mockups, validating design concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and advocating for UX best practices throughout Agile development teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UX Design experience (post-degree) in designing enterprise or B2B software applications.
• Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Communication & Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs using Figma.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum/DevOps software development environments.
• Knowledge of design systems and maintaining reusable component libraries.
• Experience with enterprise application design is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with UX research tools such as Maze.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, and Mouseflow.

• Ability to independently plan, prioritize, and execute UX activities from research to delivery.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct usability studies and interpret research findings into actionable design improvements.
• Influence stakeholders and effectively communicate the value of user-centered design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, product, architecture, and engineering.
• Balance user needs with technical constraints, timelines, and business priorities.
• Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and fast-paced development cycles.
• Work effectively under pressure while maintaining design quality.
• Create compelling prototypes that communicate interaction concepts clearly.
• Define measurable UX success metrics and evaluate design effectiveness.
• Contribute to and improve design systems and UX standards.
• Present and defend design decisions using research and usability evidence.
