Lead Videographer & QC Lead

Location: Asheville, NC + Greenville / Upstate SC (within ~1 hour)

Type: Part-time (20 hrs/week), consistent weekly role — path to full-time

Compensation: $2,000/month

Full Hart Films helps brands and businesses create social-ready video content that actually brings in leads and grows their brand. We’re hiring a creative, reliable Lead Videographer & Quality Control Lead who can run 1-2 shoots per week, handle basic client communication, and perform final brand and technical reviews on edited videos.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Film talking head and social videos (2–6 hour shoots)
• Operate camera, lighting, and audio gear
• Confidently direct clients on camera — guide them through scripts, teleprompter use, and help them sound natural
• Capture B-roll
• Organize and upload footage same day (using company folder structure)
• Review edited videos for technical and brand accuracy (QC)
• Collaborate with editors and social team through Milanote + WhatsApp
• Script or plan simple content using provided prompts (training provided)

Requirements

What Makes You a Fit:

• 1–2+ years filming content for social media (talking head + Reel style)
• Understands current social trends and storytelling

• Own reliable car, strong internet, and positive on-set energy
