Job Description

Fluencify is a creator platform where students are compensated for producing short videos for global brands, without the need for a pre-existing audience. The role allows for the creation of authentic, short-form User Generated Content (UGC) for real brands in a fully remote, flexible environment designed to accommodate academic schedules.

Requirements

• Ages 18-30, currently a student or recent graduate
• A feel for social media trends and storytelling
• Comfortable filming/editing TikTok or Reels-style content
• Strong communication skills and a creative eye
• Reliable with deadlines and organized with your workflow
• Fluent in English (bonus points for proficiency in additional languages)
• Must have an iPhone and a stable internet connection
• Ready to complete at least one full campaign (10 videos)

What You’ll Earn

• $20 per approved video (average of $200 per campaign)
• Top creators can earn $2,000-$3,000/month

What You’ll Do

• Film 10-20 short videos (20-40 seconds each) per campaign, following brand briefs
• Review campaign guidelines to ensure content meets requirements
• Submit videos for approval through the Fluencify platform
• Collaborate with fellow creators to enhance skills
• Contribute to building the Fluencify community on social media
