Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM solutions that streamline IT service management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, ITSM modules, integrations, and workflow automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and configure ServiceNow ITSM applications including:
• Incident Management (IM)
• Problem Management (PM)
• Change Management (CM)
• Request Management (RM)
• Knowledge Management (KM)
• Service Catalog
• Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Develop and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and catalog items.
• Analyze ServiceNow ticketing and CMDB data to support attribute mapping and data import into enterprise data orchestration platforms.
• Build reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics to monitor operational KPIs and service performance.
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Support CMDB health initiatives, Discovery, and Service Mapping activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices, governance standards, security guidelines, and coding standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, code reviews, testing, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements for ServiceNow applications.
• Contribute to platform optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of overall IT experience.
• 2–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
• Experience with:
• CMDB
• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• ITOM modules
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments.
• Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools such as Git.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation, customization, and development.
• Proficiency in:

• ServiceNow server-side and client-side scripting
