Job Description

Kemmetmueller Photography Inc. is seeking a talented, dependable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Photo Editor to join our digital production team. This position involves editing, color-correcting, processing, organizing, and quality-checking a high volume of school and sports photographs. The ideal candidate will produce accurate and consistent work while managing multiple priorities efficiently. The role is part-time, generally requiring two to three days of work per week, with a flexible schedule available Monday through Saturday.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom Classic and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of color correction, cropping, image quality, and visual consistency.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without sacrificing quality.
• Strong organizational and file-management skills.
• Ability to receive direction and respond positively to feedback.
• Willingness to learn new software, processes, and production standards.
• Ability to commute to our studio in the Wayzata/Deephaven area.
• Comfort working in a dog-friendly office where dogs may be present.

Experience with school photography, sports photography, volume photography, batch editing, or sports graphic design is helpful but not required.

Additional Information

Location: Wayzata/Deephaven, Minnesota

Pay: $21.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience

Job Type: Temporary Part-Time

Schedule: Generally two to three days per week, with flexible scheduling opportunities Monday through Saturday

Work Location: In person

Greatest staffing need: August, September, and October, with hours expected to decrease in November.

Benefits: $21.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience, flexible schedule, earned sick and safe time, but no health insurance or vacation benefits for part-time roles.
