What You Will Be Doing

• Map and optimise complex business processes while identifying root causes for ambiguous operational challenges to deliver impactful solutions.
• Apply end-to-end systems thinking to design high-quality solutions that align with the broader technology and data architecture.
• Partner closely with technology and software teams to deliver system enhancements and manage small-to-medium software and integration builds.
• Analyse end-to-end workflows and integration points, such as APIs and ETL, to ensure seamless data movement and integrity across platforms.
• Build credibility with senior stakeholders by leading workshops, managing expectations, and driving consensus through structured discussions.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle - from initial requirements and discovery through to UAT, release, and adoption - while quickly adapting to new business domains.
