This is a remote position for a Bid Writer with a permanent work-from-home arrangement during Australian morning shifts. The role offers flexible hours and long-term engagement at a pay rate of 10-12 AUD/hour.

The selected candidate will have a critical role in developing persuasive tender responses that illustrate our capabilities, experience, and competitive edge in the market, collaborating closely with senior leaders and technical experts.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bid writing or tender management within architecture, engineering, project management, consulting, or professional services.
• Proven experience preparing submissions for architectural and professional services projects.
• Strong understanding of Australian tender processes and procurement documentation.
• Experience responding to government and private sector tenders is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written English with outstanding editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Highly Preferred Experience:

• Experience preparing bids for Australian government projects, health and education sectors, property developments, infrastructure projects, and professional consulting services.

Tools & Software:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and preferred tools like InDesign and Canva.
• Familiarity with Document Management Systems and tender portals such as TenderLink, EstimateOne, or VendorPanel is advantageous.
