Architect is needed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We are looking for a senior designer to prepare coordinated civil, structural, architectural, and MEP drawings from concept through construction. The role includes producing detailed construction, shop, and as-built drawings, as well as 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit. Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination is an advantage. The designer should understand architectural detailing, civil works, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection systems, construction methods, building codes, and local authority approval processes.
