Founding AI-Native Growth Marketer
Digital Marketer is needed in Vietnam.
Flowmingo, a Y Combinator-backed AI hiring startup based in Vietnam, is seeking a founding AI-native growth marketer for a remote, full-time role working closely with the founder and overlapping with the GMT+7 time zone. The goal is to attract more qualified companies, improve signup-to-activation conversion, and build a scalable growth engine from the ground up.
You will own growth targets and funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, run focused experiments, and build acquisition channels across LinkedIn, short-form video, founder content, SEO, AI-search content, email, partnerships, communities, and outreach. You will also use AI and automation for research, content production, lead enrichment, campaign personalization, reporting, segmentation, lifecycle communication, and experiment tracking. The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, comfortable moving between strategy and execution, and able to demonstrate measurable results from previous growth work. Success will be measured by qualified signups, activation, retention, channel performance, and business growth rather than marketing activity volume.
