Creative Strategist & Founder Ghostwriter (Short-Form Video)
I am an experienced founder building a new company in Canada while sharing my ideas and experiences publicly. I am looking for a creative partner to turn voice notes, journal entries, business experiences, observations, and ideas about rebuilding, business, brands, communication, and personal growth into memorable short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This is a creative strategy and storytelling role, not a social media management, editing, design, or community management position.
The freelancer will develop creative angles, strong hooks, high-retention scripts, storytelling structures, visual and B-roll suggestions, and filming notes. Weekly work will include 7–10 content ideas, 5–7 finished scripts, and 2–3 hook options per script, with up to two revision rounds. Monthly work will include a recurring content series and a performance review with recommendations. The ideal partner understands audience psychology, retention, curiosity gaps, pacing, and pattern interrupts, can analyze content performance, and is comfortable challenging ideas and turning complex thoughts into simple, engaging stories.
