We leverage AI to deliver smarter, high-quality solutions for our clients and are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer passionate about ensuring product quality and reliability.

As a QA Engineer, you will work as part of cross-functional teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software across multiple projects and platforms (web and mobile). You will be responsible for test planning, execution, defect management, and quality reporting while proactively identifying risks, improving QA processes, and supporting successful product releases.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4+ years of QA experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS applications.
• Strong experience in end-to-end manual testing in Web and Mobile (iOS, Android).
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, defect lifecycle, and QA best practices.
• Manual Testing (Mandatory): Functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Strong exploratory testing craft: risk-based, charter-driven investigation across web, mobile, and integrations.
• Understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, authentication, authorization, and client-server architecture.
• API Testing: Postman or equivalent tools.
• Database Testing: SQL and backend data validation.
• Defect Tracking: Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Technical Skills

• Automation: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with browser developer tools, application logs, API logs, and mobile debugging tools.
• Salesforce / ERP (CRM, etc.) API integration with Web platform testing experience.

Interview Process:
