This is a remote position for a Senior SEO & AI Search (AEO/GEO) Strategy Consultant based in the Philippines. The role is project-based with flexible hours, requiring some overlap for client syncs and training sessions. It is a 2 to 3-month project with potential for a monthly advisory retainer.

As a high-performing search strategist specializing in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO) and technical site architecture, you will drive the search strategy, oversee a significant website revamp, and mentor internal teams for a prestigious US-based hospitality and real estate brand.

Requirements

• Search Architect: Deep technical mastery over schema markup (Hotel, LocalBusiness, FAQ), site architecture, canonical directives, and Core Web Vitals.
• Forward-Thinking & AI-Native: Active optimization for conversational search and generative AI query patterns (GEO/AEO).
• Proven Mentor & Consultant: Ability to translate complex technical strategies into actionable workflows, SOPs, and training for internal marketing staff.
• Experience: 5+ years of senior search experience with a track record in technical SEO audits, site revamps, or migrations. Prior exposure to hospitality, real estate, or booking engines is preferred.
• High-Accountability: Capacity to drive outcomes independently, establish clear project milestones, and ensure technical execution.
• Communication Skills: Elite fluency and executive confidence in communication.

Additional Information

What You’ll Be Owning:

• Strategic Mentorship & Enablement: Guiding and training internal team members on content/SEO execution, keyword mapping, and AI-assisted workflows.
• AI Search & AEO/GEO: Structuring brand entities, conversational queries, and rich schema markup.
• Architecture & Content Hub Strategy: Designing a dual-pillar strategy connecting informational resource hubs to commercial booking engines.
• Technical SEO & Migration Oversight: Conducting audits, setting up canonical directives, Core Web Vitals, and tracking conversions.
• Multi-Property Expansion Strategy: Designing scalable web architecture blueprints for future property acquisitions.

What Success Looks Like:

• At 30 Days: Technical/AEO audit complete, keyword/architecture alignment finalized, schema blueprints created.
• At 60 Days: Commercial and content hub rollout, schema markup validation, GA4 tracking verification.
• At 90 Days: Post-launch QA completed, internal staff trained, and advisory retainer established.
