Job Description

AgileEngine, an Inc. 5000 company recognized for creating award-winning software across various industries, is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer. This role focuses on leading integration experience design for employer and ATS partner workflows on a contract basis, aimed at a highly technical, B2B partner-facing audience. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the full design lifecycle, from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity prototyping and engineering handoff, simplifying complex system requirements into clean UX/UI solutions.

Requirements

Must Haves:

• Authorization to work for any employer in the US (e.g., Green card holders, TN visa holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, U4U with EAD); unable to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship.
• 4+ years of professional and hands-on Product UX Design experience.
• Experience with Figma.
• Experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
• Experience working within an established design system.
• Experience with usability testing.
• Experience with A/B testing.
• Overlap with US Pacific and Central time zones.
• US-based location.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with ATS, recruiting, HR technology, or developer/API-facing products.
• Experience designing for two-sided marketplace platforms (e.g., job seeker/employer marketplaces).
• Experience applying accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and inclusive design principles.
• Overlap with the Eastern Time zone.
