Job Description

STAR Marketing Agency is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to transform clients’ channels into organic growth engines. The role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and building effective strategies that drive engagement, exposure, and monetization through data-backed decisions.

Requirements

• Experience managing or growing social media accounts (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and analytics tools
• Comfortable turning data into clear, actionable strategy
• Excellent communication skills to translate results for clients
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple client accounts concurrently
• Bonus: experience with paid social/ads and influencer collaborations

What You’ll Do

• Analyze client profiles, performance data, and audience insights to inform strategy
• Build and manage content and posting strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Identify trends early and translate them into content concepts for our creative team
• Track KPIs (engagement, reach, growth, monetization) and report results clearly in stats and numbers
• Support monetization strategy including brand collaborations, UGC, LIVE, platform requirements, and more
• Collaborate with editors and videographers to ensure content aligns with strategy

Pay: $26.60 - $32.03 per hour
