Job Description

Next Door Photos (“NDP”) is a small business focused on delivering real estate photography, video, aerials, 3D modeling, floor plans, and more. We are dedicated to excellence in both our products and the experiences we provide to our customers and team members. We are looking for professional, reliable, and talented “Media Pros” to join our growing team. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to enhance your photography and media experience. Media Pros can capture up to 6 properties a day, with each shoot taking between 40-90 minutes. Hired as part-time independent contractors, Media Pros are paid on a per-service basis and receive additional compensation for extended travel. Media Pros are responsible for capturing and uploading media, while NDP manages the rest.

Requirements

We seek experienced photographers and videographers. Real estate photography experience is not required, as all Media Pros will be trained on NDP products.

• Ability to professionally interact with clients and homeowners
• Consistent punctuality to scheduled shoots in various locations
• Professional dress while on the job
• Ability to upload media by 9PM on the day of the shoot
• Flexible schedule
• Maintain an up-to-date Google calendar of availability
• Drive 30-40% of the workday
• Follow NDP shoot flow and standards to provide high-quality products
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the shoot
• Regular communication with the Local Owner and clients via email, text, and phone
• Ability to study/test for Part 107 certification for commercial drone operation
• Willingness to receive feedback and training on NDP quality and professionalism standards

• Digital SLR (or mirrorless) camera and a Wide Angle Lens:
• APS-C (cropped) sensor camera with a 10-24mm Lens OR
• Full Frame sensor camera with 16-35mm Lens
• External (off-camera) flash
• Tripod and ball head attachment
• Reliable transportation
• High-Speed Internet
