Job Description
Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
Be a productive member of the team.
Requirements
- Design and implement workflows, integrations, notifications, and flow automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during implementation to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.
- Manage source control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines to support deployments from development to production.
- Contribute to solution design by leveraging ServiceNow capabilities and implementation experience.
- Proven experience in at least one end-to-end ServiceNow implementation.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management).
- Experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, Performance Analytics (PA), Workflows, and Integrations.
- Expertise in scripting and ServiceNow development.
- Experience with Configuration Management and Application Portfolio Management.
- Experience developing basic and advanced ServiceNow Widgets.
- Experience with basic and advanced IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Knowledge of ITSM, SPM, and HRSD.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in the required modules.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD), Clean Code, Clean Architecture, Refactoring, Pair Programming, Technical Debt Management, Coding Standards, and AI Coding Assistants.
