Job Description

This is a remote position based in the UAE. A valid UAE work permit/employment visa is mandatory. The role is classified as an Independent Contractor.

The key responsibilities include:

1. End-to-End Agent Architecture & User Experience

• Architect and develop intuitive AI interfaces with frontend applications (e.g., React/Next.js) for seamless user interaction with AI agents.
• Design the backend orchestration layer to coordinate specialized AI workers, managing state, task routing, and error handling.
• Develop “Task Router” services and frontend state management for mapping user prompts to specific skills/playbooks in workflows.

1. Enterprise Integration & Data Visualization

• Build a secure “Data Access Layer” for AI agents to interact with SAP S/4HANA and Ariba, featuring dynamic dashboards and data visualizations.
• Interface with Vector Databases for backend logic and develop frontend search components for a “Knowledge Mining Chatbot.”
• Construct connectors for external data sources to power Supply Chain Risk Scoring and custom UI components for comparative analysis.

1. Security, Performance & Deployment

• Implement end-to-end security measures on both frontend and backend, including authentication and protection against client-side vulnerabilities.
• Optimize systems for on-premise deployment, focusing on local GPU clusters rather than cloud scaling.
• Ensure comprehensive observability for reliability engineering with error tracking, logging, and monitoring in compliance with enterprise standards.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Frontend Development, specifically TypeScript/JavaScript and frameworks like React or Next.js, with experience in real-time data streaming and modern CSS.
• Expert proficiency in Backend Development with Python (FastAPI/Django) and Node.js, Go, or Java for high-performance microservices.
• Strong API Architecture skills with experience in designing RESTful APIs and gRPC services, and building API Gateways.
• Proficiency in Database Management with Relational Databases (PostgreSQL) and Vector Databases (Weaviate, Milvus).
• Deep experience in Containerization & Orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes for deploying scalable applications on-premise.
• Familiarity with Integration Protocols and ERP protocols (like OData, SOAP) is a strong plus.
