What you will be doing:

• Partner directly with the Transformation Lead and various functional heads (including Legal, IT, and the People Team) to maintain the pace of the transformation programme.
• Act as the “operational backbone,” owning the transformation cadence for specific workstreams.
• Track progress, monitor value delivery, and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements

• A relevant tertiary qualification would be ideal, with 5+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in change management or transformation delivery, with a focus on executing and operationalizing strategy.
• Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), alongside familiarity with AI productivity tools and project management platforms.
• Native-level English fluency, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels.
