Job Description
Apple TV’s Marketing team crafts world-class campaigns that connect audiences with high-quality stories, building brand awareness and loyalty. The Operations team within AppleTV Marketing manages budgets, builds processes/workflows, and facilitates all creative production in partnership with creative teams. The Digital Producer works closely with the Digital Creative Director, Art Director, and various cross-functional partners and agencies to ensure media plans are delivered and asset needs are fulfilled for global partners. This role is crucial in producing and scaling thousands of digital assets across various formats, overseeing multiple stakeholders and agency partners while managing competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Produce & scale thousands of assets from initial briefing through approvals and final delivery.
- Manage daily goals and objectives through morning scrum meetings.
- Oversee the primary agency and onboard additional partners to support scaling volume.
- Liase with internal stakeholders managing multiple external global partners.
- Independently manage quarterly budget, forecasting estimates, tracking actuals, and approving reports.
- Access key art files to adapt digital banner ads in collaboration with art/print-focused producers.
- Track notes and feedback across multiple rounds of creative development.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for partner templates and specs, managing layout & resize challenges.
- Evaluate workflows continuously and collaborate for efficiencies.
- Work with localization teams to ensure translation accuracy and relevance.

Minimum Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in producing and project managing digital creative.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Experience in briefing and managing creative agencies or clients, preferably in entertainment or sports marketing.
Pay & Benefits
The base pay range for this role is between $142,600 and $215,000, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Employees may participate in stock programs and receive discretionary restricted stock unit awards. Other benefits include comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, discounted products, educational expense reimbursement, and potential bonuses or commission payments. Note: Eligibility for benefits and compensation is subject to the terms of their respective plans.
