Job Description

Fluencify is a creator platform where students and recent graduates get paid to create short-form videos for global brands, with no existing audience required. We are currently recruiting creators for an upcoming music-related campaign that specifically requires individuals who can play guitar. Creators will produce authentic short-form videos that may involve playing guitar or creating music-related content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels. The campaign is fully remote and flexible, allowing filming around existing schedules.

Requirements

• Must be able to play guitar.
• Confidence in appearing and performing on camera.
• A creative eye and an understanding of short-form content.
• Reliability and the ability to meet campaign deadlines.
• Fluency in English.
• A stable internet connection.
• Age between 18-30 years and currently a student or recent graduate.
• Must own or have regular access to a guitar.
• Must own an iPhone, as the Fluencify app is available on iOS only.
• Willingness to complete at least one full campaign of approximately 10 videos.

What You’ll Earn

• $20 per approved video, with an average of approximately $200 per campaign.
• Top Fluencify creators earn between $2,000 and $3,000 per month.
• Performance bonuses.

What You’ll Do

• Create 10–20 short videos, approximately 20–40 seconds each.
• Play guitar or feature a guitar naturally in your content.
• Follow the campaign brief and creative guidelines.
• Film engaging TikTok- and Reels-style videos.
• Submit your content through the Fluencify platform for approval.
• Make reasonable adjustments based on feedback.
