Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java software development, including designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8/11, Spring Boot, Spring Framework (Spring Batch, Spring Security), JAX-RS, and Kotlin.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs with a solid understanding of HTTP, REST, and JSON.
• Expertise in writing unit tests and integration tests using JUnit, Karate, and Cucumber frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including code repositories, pull requests, code reviews, CI/CD pipeline creation, and application deployments.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, Maven, Ansible, and Artifactory.
• Experience with Git for version control, Maven for build automation, and Artifactory for artifact management.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases, preferably Cassandra.
• Good understanding of Linux environments and command-line operations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams within large enterprise environments, preferably in the banking or financial services domain.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Passion for open-source technologies, continuous learning, and adopting emerging technologies.
• Experience in the Payments domain.
• Exposure to enterprise DevOps automation and release management practices.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security.
