Job Description

Lead Salesforce Developer – Experience Cloud / LWR – $65-70/hr W2 – Phoenix (Hybrid)

Architect the digital front door for a state agency’s external users. An Arizona state agency needs a hands-on Lead Salesforce Developer to own the end-to-end architecture of its Experience Cloud platform, the sites where the public actually interacts with state services, from template strategy through security models, CI/CD, and high-volume automation.

Requirements

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years as a Salesforce Developer
• 5+ years as a Lead Salesforce Developer
• Phoenix-area resident (current city on resume)
• Authorized to work without sponsorship, W2 only

Preferred:

• Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) depth
• LWR mastery
• Salesforce CLI / SFDX
• Experience Cloud Consultant and Platform Developer I certifications

Additional Information

• $65-70/hr W2 depending on experience, 6-month contract starting early September
• Hybrid schedule, central Phoenix
• Genuine lead authority: architecture decisions, code review standards, C-suite roadmap presentations
