Senior Developer, Analytics (Hybrid to Redmond, WA or Rosemont, IL)

Requirements

What You’ll Own:

• Lead development of enterprise analytics focused on manufacturing, costing, and margin performance.
• Design and build manufacturing costing and margin analytics.
• Develop executive and operational reporting in Power BI that people actually use.
• Engineer scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric / Synapse, SQL, and Delta Lake.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines across ERP and enterprise systems.
• Apply Python / PySpark to automate, scale, and optimize data workflows.
• Establish governed, repeatable data models aligned with financial controls.
• Partner directly with Finance, Cost Accounting, Operations, and Leadership to translate business problems into data solutions.

• 8+ years in analytics, data engineering, or BI development.
• Proven experience with manufacturing cost or financial analytics.
• Advanced skills in:
• Power BI (DAX, modeling, performance tuning).
• SQL (complex querying, optimization).
• ETL design and development.
• Microsoft Fabric / Synapse.
• Python / PySpark.
• Strong understanding of data governance, controls, and scalable design.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate ambiguity into structure.
