This is a remote position. At Outsource Access, we help high-end residential, commercial, and restoration businesses secure and scale their online presence. We don’t just clean up backend code—we make sure our clients’ websites are secure, fast, and fully optimized to drive sustainable business growth.

Requirements

• Masterful Problem-Solver: You thrive on hunting down hidden backdoors and uncovering complex security vulnerabilities beyond standard automated tools.
• Meticulous & Quality-Driven: You possess exceptional attention to detail when auditing backend database tables, verifying code integrity, and documenting handoff processes.
• Clear & Actionable Communicator: You provide transparent project updates and easily translate complex technical issues into clear summaries for leadership.
• Tech-Savvy: Deeply experienced with WordPress administration, MySQL/MariaDB management, cPanel/FTP/SSH access, web security firewalls, and Google Search Console diagnostics.
• Your Home Office: Equipped with a high-performance computer setup, reliable high-speed fiber internet, and a secure environment for handling server credentials safely.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Wiping the Slate Clean: Conduct comprehensive sweeps across WordPress core files, themes, and databases to eradicate legacy malware, injected spam, and rogue scripts.
• Reclaiming Search Supremacy: Resolve Google Search Console penalties and indexing flags to restore organic traffic and search engine visibility.
• Fortifying the Fortress: Implement robust WordPress security protocols—including firewalls, automated malware scanners, and brute-force protection—to shield web infrastructure against future threats.
• Optimizing for Performance: Fine-tune PHP code, clean database tables, and accelerate page load speeds to deliver a seamless mobile and desktop experience.
