Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate UGC (User-Generated Content) Creator with a focus on cooking to establish a long-term partnership. This role involves creating engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, editing skills, and social media, with a particular interest in culinary topics. This is a paid position offering a monthly retainer plus commission, perfect for individuals looking to expand their influence and showcase their culinary creativity.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Must know how to cook (real cooking, not staged demos)
• Comfortable cooking & appearing on camera
• Experience creating short-form UGC content (cooking focused preferred)
• Ability to produce high-volume content consistently and on schedule
• Reliable, self-directed, and organized
• Comfortable with content usage rights and brand ownership
• Experience with TikTok strongly preferred

Important Qualification — Portfolio Required

Position Overview
- Ongoing partnership framed as a month-to-month collaboration

- Flat monthly base pay

- Commission on sales generated

- Consistent, ongoing content volume (20+ videos/ month)

- Creative freedom within brand guidelines

Compensation
- Up to $1,500 base pay per month

- 10–20% commission on sales, paid out monthly

Content Expectations
~20 short-form videos per month shot, edited, and submitted by the creator.

- Ability to cook/ prepare food; preference towards those with extensive cooking background.

- Primary platform: TikTok (Must be okay with creating a TikTok account through/ affiliated with SealVax).

Content style:
- Everyday cooking, meal prep, larger scale cooking/ gatherings

- Food storage options/ organization

- Real, lifestyle-driven kitchen content and cooking

- Natural, UGC-style (not overly produced but still within SealVax guidelines)

Creator will:
- Create a dedicated TikTok account (separate from personal account) specifically for SealVax Videos

- Appear on camera using their own style/ technique while using our products to showcase different recipes and food storage options

- Post created content to the TikTok account directly following a funnel approval process with the SealVax Team

- MUST be comfortable speaking directly to the camera and being on camera for the majority of the video

- MUST have experience cooking/prepping/creating visually pleasing meals using provided recipes.

_SealVax retains full usage rights to all content_
Videos may be:

- Used on our brand channels

- Repurposed for ads

- Pulled selectively for additional marketing use

Pay: $1,500.00 per month
